Itinerary

Day 1 (Shiraz)

Arrive at Shiraz Shahid Dastgheib International Airport, meet and greet by Derak representative. Transfer to hotel and rest. O/N Shiraz

Day 2 (Shiraz)

In the morning, visit Nasir al- Mulk Mosque (Pink Mosque) which is stunning in the morning because of the dance of colors on Persian carpets. Continue to Zand Complex and visit Vakil Bathhouse, Vakil Mosque and Vakil bazaar. Have a shopping in the bazaar and passage from Persian carpet shops to Saray-e Moshir. Later, visit Karimkhan Citadel which was government seat during Zand dynasty. In the afternoon, go to Hafez Mausoleum, the great Iranian poet of 14th-century. Then continue to Eram Garden (UNESCO Site), the most celebrated Persian garden.

Day 3 (Shiraz- Persepolis- Necropolis- Pasargad-Yazd)

After breakfast, drive towards the UNESCO City of Yazd (490 km). En route in Marvdasht County (52 km), visit Persepolis (UNESCO Site)-the homeland of Persians during Achaemenid Empire. Continue to Necropolis (Naqsh-e Rostam) which is a burial place of four Achaemenid sovereigns, located in 10 km of Persepolis. Then, go to Sa'adat Shahr County (73 km) and visit Pasargad and Cyrus Tomb (UNESCO Site). In Yazd, visit Saheb al-Zaman Zurkhaneh (The House of Strength) in an ancient water reservoir. O/N Yazd

Day 4 (Yazd)

After breakfast, visit the Silence Tower (Dakhme) where Zoroastrians left the dead bodies. Continue to the Zoroastrian Fire Temple where the sacred flame has been burning for almost 1500 years. Then, have a pleasant walking in the old town and visit Jame Mosque with its magnificent minarets which dominates the city. Continue to Amir Chakhmaq Square and have pleasant walking in an ancient area of the city. Visit Ziyaeiyeh School known as Alexander Prison. In the evening, visit the tallest Wind Tower of the world in Dowlat Abad Garden (UNESCO Site). O/N Yazd

Day 5 (Yazd- Meybod- Naein-Isfahan)

After breakfast, drive towards Isfahan (321 km). En route, visit Narin Castle, Yakhchal (traditional Icehouse) and Shah Abbasi Caravanserai which was built in order to promote trade and business in Safavid era. Continue to Naein County (120 km) and visit Jame Mosque. O/N Isfahan

Day 6 (Isfahan)

In the morning, visit the UNESCO square of Naqsh-e Jahan (Meidan-e Imam), which is the world's second largest square. The square is surrounded by Imam and Sheikh Lotfollah Mosques which are two masterpieces of Iranian architecture, Ali Qapu and Qeysarieh Bazaar which consists of the plenty of workshops such as inlaid work engravings, woodwork, filigree work, Persian carpets and miniatures. In the afternoon, have pleasant walking to reach Vank Cathedral. After that, continue walking across Zayandeh Roud (River) and visit Isfahan's historical bridges of Si-o-Se Pol (33 bridges) and Khaju. O/N Isfahan

Day 7 (Isfahan- Abyaneh- Kashan)

After breakfast, drive towards Kashan (218 km), runs along the edge of the central deserts of Iran. En route visit Abyaneh -a 4000-year-old village (87 km) with its stunning red mud-brick houses. In Kashan, visit Tabatabaei Traditional House and Fin Garden (UNESCO Site) which is a symbol of Persian gardens. O/N Kashan

Day 8 (Kashan- Qom-Tehran)

In the morning, drive towards Tehran (245 km). En route in Qom city (112 km), visit the holy Shrine of Hazrat-e Masoumeh-the sister of Imam Reza (Shiite’s eight Imam). Continue driving to Tehran and have pleasant time in the teahouses of Darband resort at the foothills of Alborz Mountains. O/N Tehran

Day 9 (Tehran)

During a day, visit the UNESCO site of Golestan Palace- one of the oldest groups of Tehran's buildings. Continue to Iran National Museum and Jewelry Museum which is a collection of precious jewels from different periods. In the afternoon, visit Carpet Museum- the main source of carpet weaving in Iran. Then, go to Milad Tower which has a great view of the city at night. O/N Tehran

Day 10 (Tehran-End of the Tour)

Hotel checkout and transfer to Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKIA) for departure flight.
